Jim has specialised in family law for the whole of his career. He is keenly involved in training and mentoring more junior lawyers and is the CEO of the FGD Group. Jim was instrumental in bringing Collaborative Law to Australia and is one of Australia’s foremost Collaborative Lawyers. He strongly advocates Collaboration as, generally, the most appropriate process to assist all separating couples through this difficult time in their lives.
He is on the Board of Relationships Australia, Canberra Region and is on the Complaints Committee of the Law Society of the ACT.
