Kathryn is an estate planning and collaborative law specialist. Kathryn is a former Registrar of the Family Court of Australia and has extensive mediation training. She uses that experience, together with her many years in private practice, to assist clients to identify the particular issues of concern to them and to develop strategies to address those issues.

In all of her work Kathryn’s primary focus is to assist clients to resolve matters through a collaborative approach and avoid litigation.
