Paul Salinas
Paul Salinas joined Certus Law in April 2010 and brings with him over 10 years of family law and estate planning experience. Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Arts/Law from the Australian National University in 2001. Prior to joining Certus Law Paul worked with the Special Tax Advisor to the Commonwealth Ombudsman and spent a number of years in private practice in rural NSW before returning home to Canberra where he worked in another local practice for six years.
Paul is an active member of the ACT Law Society and currently sits on the Elder Law and Commercial & Business Law Committees. He has also served in the past on the Continuing Professional Development and Young Lawyer Committees (where he was the editor of the newsletter Obiter Dictum for a while). He is also currently involved in his spare time sitting on the committee of Tummy Rumbles, a local charity which is working to establish a food bank in the Tuggeranong Valley.
Paul provides advice and finds practical common sense solutions in business succession planning, estate planning and family law matters. Paul is a part of the SuperSplitting team and undertakes superannuation valuations and advice work in family law.
Paul is an active member of Canberra Collaborative Family Lawyers.
